Checking who’s signed in…
First time here? Your account already exists, but it has no password you know. — it works for a forgotten one too.
Beta confidentiality agreement
Between Recrate LLC, which makes IntroEdit (“we”), and you, the person signing in (“you”). Please read it — it is short.
1. IntroEdit is not public yet
You are one of a small group of people invited to test it. The app, its installer, how it works, anything about it that we haven’t made public, and whatever we tell you about our plans for it, is confidential.
2. What you agree to
You will keep it to yourself. You won’t give, send or upload the installer or the app to anyone, and you won’t share your account or let someone else use your copy.
You won’t post, publish or send screenshots, screen recordings, videos or written descriptions of the app — on social media, forums, group chats or anywhere else — and you won’t review it or demo it publicly.
You won’t take the app apart: no copying, extracting or reverse-engineering its code or its audio models.
You will use it only to try it out and tell us what you think.
3. What is yours, and what isn’t confidential
Your music is yours, and the edits you make with IntroEdit are yours: play them out, that is the point. This agreement is about the app, not your audio.
It also doesn’t cover anything that is already public through no fault of yours, anything you already knew, or anything we tell you in writing you can share.
4. Your feedback
If you send us bug reports, ideas or suggestions, we can use them to improve IntroEdit without owing you anything. You don’t have to send any.
5. It’s a beta
It will have bugs, it may change or stop working, and the beta may end. You can stop testing whenever you like, and we can end your access whenever we need to. If we ask, you’ll stop using the app and delete the installer and any copies.
6. How long this lasts
Your promise to keep IntroEdit confidential lasts until we release it to the public, or until two years from the day you agree, whichever comes first. Once something has been made public by us, you are free to talk about that.
7. The rest
The IntroEdit Terms (introedit.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (introedit.com/privacy) also apply, including what the app sends us and which law governs. Where they say something different from this agreement about confidentiality, this agreement is the one that counts.
This doesn’t make you our employee, partner or agent, and it gives you no rights in IntroEdit beyond trying this beta.
Typing your full name and pressing “I agree” is your signature, and you agree that signing this way is as good as signing on paper. We keep a record of your name, your account’s email address, the version of this agreement and the date and time.
Version 1
Don’t agree? Then please don’t use this copy: sign out, and write to hello@recrate.app if you have questions.
